Mark’s Bunches & Bunches sauces strike again!

We are so thrilled to have our products featured in the beautiful Sunset Magazine, a publication we subscribe to and savor. Bailey’s Biscuits for dogs were the Editor’s Choice in December 2011, and our moles have been selected for this year’s best foodie gifts.

We make each batch of mole by hand in our kitchen in Portland, roasting, peeling, cooking the chiles…we label each jar and send them off ourselves. It’s rewarding to know that people are loving these provisions as much as we are in love with making and eating them at our own table. Linen Bib Apron from Bunches & Bunches – Provisions

Pai (Chef and Creator of Bunches & Bunches) wanted to improve upon the aprons she tested for years in professional kitchens and at home, so she designed one! Of course that’s the kind of things she loves to do. This linen bib apron is both comfortable and stylish – a fit for all sizes and made locally in our hometown by The Portland Garment Factory.

Pai loves this apron for many reasons – it protects her clothes, has double ties, pockets, and is both comfortable and elegant if you forget it’s on and sit down for dinner.

Cloud Cookies in Bon Appetit – Perfect “Tiny End”

A long time fan and subscriber of the magazine – it was a special JOY to have our Cloud Cookies recommended by Bon Appétit in 2012 as one possible perfect ending to a Thanksgiving dinner. Here’s what they say:

Oregon-Made Artisan Weekend

We took part in an Oregon-Made Artisan event at Rejuvenation last weekend. Rejuvenation is a beautiful store here in Portland (with stores in Seattle, Los Angeles, and Berkeley). Bunches & Bunches was invited to take part in the event at the Portland store, just a few blocks from our kitchen! We handed out samples of our cookies (for sale at the store), and sold aprons designed by Pai and the moles concocted by Mark (if you haven’t tasted them yet, see why the Wall Street Journal gave us some hot love in their Bits & Bites section this year!).

We loved watching kids and parents sample our cookies and peruse Rejuvenation’s treasures, and it was great to meet other local makers like, Portland Beard Co., Flint & Lars, and Jacobsen Salt Co.

Our Bailey’s Biscuits will continue to be available to dog lovers at each of the Rejuvenation stores, and all three of our cookie products – Cloud Cookies, Snaps and Bailey’s Biscuits – are currently for sale in the Portland store.

We Love Dogs & Style!

Weekender in Manette, is a beautiful shop outside Seattle, where Jodi Davis of nearby Scout Cafe found Bunches & Bunches Bailey’s Dog Biscuits and gave them a rave review in the  Seattle Met Holiday Style Guide (#bestguest section, November, 2013). We love making these treats for our dogs and dogs everywhere, and it’s a special joy to connect with others who have bunches and bunches of love for furry friends too. Thanks to Jodi and Seattle Met, The Weekender in Manette, and our dogs who love and inspire us daily.

Made – Friends In Jackson Hole

is a fantastic store full of treasures in Jackson Hole, WY.

The store is run by our friend and artist John Frechette (check out his glass works!).

Jackson Hole, WY was our dear home of many years and Made one of our favorite places to shop for specially selected treats and gifts. It’s a sure bet. We love Made and think you will too.

Bailey’s Dog Biscuits At Williams-Sonoma

This is Bailey. He thinks these treats have his name on them, and well, they do. We make these natural treats for all dog loves by hand here in Portland. They are available in several stores, directly from us, or now being sold at Williams-Sonoma. We have bunches and bunches of love for dogs!!!

We want to send a big Thank you to Miller Creative for all the care that has gone into the details of our packaging…Snaps, Bailey’s Biscuits and now the Moles! It certainly helps us get to the show, AND sell out at places like Dean & DeLuca! Chef’s Dinner At The Snake River Grill

Pai is back in her Portland kitchen after a quick 48 hour trip to Jackson Hole in honor of the 20th anniversary of the Snake River Grill (photos). Pai is not just a cookie maven after all, but a professionally trained chef, and a loved one at that! Prior to starting Bunches & Bunches, Pai worked at the Snake River Grill and then at her own catering company, The Kitchen At Pai’s Place in beautiful Jackson. For this special occasion each table at the Grill enjoyed a hand delivered canister of her Cloud Cookies. What she enjoyed the most was being with old friends “on the line.”
