Bunches & Bunches made it’s first appearance in Food & Wine, Thanksgiving from America’s best artisans (November, 2014).
Pai (Tamalpais Star Roth-McCormick), chef and creator of Bunches & Bunches, was invited by Food & Wine to submit a holiday recipe using a Bunches & Bunches product. As Pai has a deep love for making soups, she came up with a recipe for Curried Carrot & Apple Soup that calls for her Snaps – a ginger snap for those who enjoy the spice of life!
Pai says that it was a fun experience to create this recipe for Food & Wine readers and to be featured alongside her sweetheart Mark Slawson, also a chef and creator of Bunches & Bunches products (in particular his line of Provisions, which currently include moles and sauces). Pai and Mark were pictured side by side “in print” for the first time for the company that they started and pour their love into daily. Woo Woo! Bunches & Bunches Bailey’s Biscuits dog cookies were selected by 1859 for the Ultimate Oregon Gift Guide.
Like all of our products, we make these dog cookies with so much love! Bailey was our first dog, a people person to the core, a lover, a snuggler, a playful fan of walks, swims, and romps in the snow – especially when we lived in Jackson Hole. We got Bailey in Jackson, as well as Jack and Daisy, and were inspired to create Bailey’s Biscuits for all dog loves. The ingredients are such a high quality, even dog loving people can eat Bailey’s Biscuits (although most humans prefer a bit more salt).
It’s an honor and delight to have our product featured in the beautiful December issue of 1859 magazine. We are loving making our goods and treats in Oregon for people (and dogs) everywhere.

Mark’s Bunches & Bunches sauces strike again!
We are so thrilled to have our products featured in the beautiful Sunset Magazine, a publication we subscribe to and savor. Bailey’s Biscuits for dogs were the Editor’s Choice in December 2011, and our moles have been selected for this year’s best foodie gifts.
We make each batch of mole by hand in our kitchen in Portland, roasting, peeling, cooking the chiles…we label each jar and send them off ourselves. It’s rewarding to know that people are loving these provisions as much as we are in love with making and eating them at our own table.
